THE FULL STORY
With over 15 years of experience as a football coach and a certified primary school teacher from the University of Alcala, Juanan landed in Bournemouth in 2018 with the goal of learning English. After a challenging start, he resumed coaching, this time in English, working one-to-one with two players. Vamos Academy was born five years later, following the success of FTY Academy, which expanded from 11 to 150 players in just two seasons, implementing its training methodology based on decision-making, awareness, cognitive training, and emotions.
Now you continue to be a part of this story, which aims to create a professional environment for footballers in the youth phase that is fun, adapted, and prepares them not only to reach their best potential but also to become better human beings.
